Guys like TJ Watts come along every so often. They require minimal coaching up to be successful.  Others like the list above, several recent O-line picks (a starting center with four games experience at the position) a LB they traded up several positions to draft who shouldn't require much "coaching up" to be successful who is anything but several years in (spare me the he was injured crap..if he wasn't ready to go he shouldn't have been on the field.   Period.)  A QB drafted in the first round who wasn't rated anywhere near there by 31 other teams...dependent on Teflon Tomlin and "Offensive" OC Canada to progress...
Given Coach Cliche's and his highly competent staff (sarcasm ON blast!) why would anyone have faith that this will turn around?  They will have to start the growth process with Pickett all over again because they'll need t
