Does the replacement in WAR account for the replacement level correctly if the contribution is coming from both DH and Pitcher?  Asked another way, could Ohtani's WAR be understated due to the fact his contributions are coming from both sides but only require 1 25 man spot?

Wouldn't it be nuts if the Phillies, Braves, Nationals were all bidding within the same divisions? Harper could have an amazing market when considering that plus perhaps the New York, Chicago and LA markets getting involved
