For the residence lots, are the number of parking spots in the lot the number of permits sold, or is the lot oversold? In other words, should there theoretically be an open spot available for everyone with a tag for that lot?

It will be based on where your dorm is located, so offers will be the closest parking to the dorm

You can apply for the Harmon garage permit on our website, and if we have space available, you could get offered a permit. Otherwise, green would be your next option.

Will incoming freshman that will be living off campus have the opportunity to purchase a garage permit or will they only be offered the green lot?

If you are offered garage, that means resident has sold out. Offers are zone specific, so you will not have to choose between different permits.

You can purchase a motorcycle or scooter permit, which is about $70 a year

We cannot accommodate all residents to be in parking by the dorms, so that's why we sell them based on housing contact

If in Maple East and have a low housing selection time, how likely am I to get 110 or 108 parking lot nearby? Or is there not enough parking for all students in those dorms in those specific lots and will get offered other parking area?
