I think Glasnow is fine. That pitch to Bellinger was just in the wrong location. Down and in to a lefty is playing with fire unless you bury it off the plate inside. Bellinger has been missing more up and in, and I'm surprised they didn't go there.

Back when baseball prospectus first introduced me to pitch framing, they used 2 pitcher archetypes to demonstrate. Hendricks was the pitch tunnel type when everything looks the same until the last moment and Barry zito was the "I have 2 pitches that look nothing alike and you just have to try your best.
