I am sorry but I have trouble figuring out the health insurance. I thought it was part of the tuition but the Yale Member Services told me Summer Session B Department requires students to come to campus with alternate health insurance.

Do you mean airport transportation? You'd need to book your own airport transportation. Airport Shuttles
If you plan to arrive at John F. Kennedy International (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), Newark Liberty (EWR) or Bradley International (BDL), the easiest transportation to the Yale University campus is via GO Airport Shuttle.
