I have a question about the entry date. I will attend the law seminar at Session II, and I'm planning to visit some of my friends in the U.S before the session starts. Can I enter the U.S on June 1st, which will be a month before the start of session 2?

I am living on campus, but not in a official dorm (I am subletting a house with grad students), Does this mean I will be unable to use the university gym? Is there a chance I might be able to purchase access to the gym separately?

Elijah - since you are not living in one of the YSS residential colleges, you are considered an of campus student. You will not have gym access unless you purchase a membership.

Hi Pippi! Yes, there is a Facebook group for students who have been admitted into the program. A link to join this group is sent to admitted students via email after you receive your acceptance into the program.

Ana, the Law Seminar includes one evening elective. If there is another elective offered in the certificate programs, you may attend.

Hi Sichang. You will receive your dorm assignment at housing check-in on Sunday, May 26. Housing check-in is from 11am-5pm on the Morse Crescent (just outside of Morse College).

Cathy - it takes about 10 days to process an I-20 after you have been admitted.

Unfortunately, you may not get your ID until the Sunday before classes start. You will be emailed instructions on arrival deatils a few days before classes start. There is no orientation for of-campus students.
