I am unable to find the class schedule for the Law Seminar. When will this be available?

Yale's residential colleges are not air conditioned.  Plan to bring or buy a fan.  Bathrooms are shared with the same gender.

Is the dormitory air conditioned? And is the bathroom within the dormitory or is it a shared bathroom?
Meg Palladino

We have about 200 minors coming this summer to take college courses with our college students.

Are there many students that are under 18 and high school students? Because this is mainly a college student programme

They are randomly allocated unless a documented medical need, through Yale's Student Accessibility Services, exists for a single room.

do we have to apply for single dorms or are single/double occupancy of dorms randomly allocated?
Meg Palladino

This information is on our courses page: https://summer.yale.edu/courses-programs/courses-yale

We will post classroom locations on this same page next week.

where and when we will find information about our classes? (time, location, syllabi..)
Meg Palladino

Most students will share a room with another student, unless there is a medical need for a single room.  Bathrooms are shared with the same gender.

Hello :) Is the dormitory one room per person? And is there a bathroom in the dormitory or is it a shared bathroom?

If you experience a weather related travel delay, please email summer.session@yale.edu. Because the sessions are so short, you need to prepare to arrive on your stated arrival day to check into campus housing. Your flights need to be arranged accordingly.

Hi, in the scenario I am delayed for travel reasons, would it be possible to arrive a day or two later than the start of the courses?
AvatarYale Summer Session
11:50
Yes, absolutely! Students under 18 years old need to be back by curfew unless their parent/guardian contacts the Residential Life office to give permission.

Can we leave during the weekend and go on day trips to New York for example?
Meg Palladino

Your class schedule can be found in the course description online: https://summer.yale.edu/courses-programs/courses-yale

Classroom information should be posted on the same web page sometime next week.

Hello! I'm not sure if this information will be provided later, but I wanted to ask where is the housing check-in going to happen. I know each one of us is assigned to a different building, but is there a specific building we should go to when we arrive on campus?
Meg Palladino

Yale is a dry campus in the summer, so no alcohol is allowed in the residential colleges (dorms).  Students who are over 21 may go out and drink alcohol off campus.

Are we allowed to drink alcohol of campus or is alcohol completely off limits?

The curfew is different. High school students need to be in their dorms earlier than college-aged students.

Hi!  Students who are under 18 will be housed together.  Minors have a curfew:  11:00 PM Sunday-Thursday and 1:00 AM on Friday & Saturday nights. Minors don't have to be in their rooms at curfew, but they do have to be in the Residential College.
