Like most extensions, it is good for the team. The FA years you are getting are age-31 and 32 so they aren't likely to be astronomically valuable, but the guarantee is small.

don't think they affect each other that much. Lucroy should get more years and he will be one of the more sought after FA. Makes a lot more sense for him to get to FA than Molina.
