Hi Matt, GRE scores are just one aspect that is reviewed in the application review. We review the entire application before decisions are made.

Partha, yes, it is definitely possible. If it wasn't, we'd list that as a requirement.

I would really prefer it if you can inform the relative people about our feedback on the inefficiency of releasing CIS PhD application decision. I know UPenn is a good university but it is not that special.

Jeremy, unfortunately, it is not. I'm sorry - this change to the decision release dates was literally agreed upon yesterday, so it is a modified release schedule.

Sir,
As per previous message, what I mean by Additional or supporting documents are certificates. So, even certificates for strengthening resume are not accepted by University?

NagarjunV, you can submit an updated resume that would list those new certificates, but that's it. We do not accept additional, supplemental materials. We annually receive close to 10K, if not over 10K, applications. Reviewing all the material we already receive can take over 6 months at times, so adding to that is not feasible at the moment.

Krishna, unfortunately decisions are released on a rolling basis, so there is no specific date I can give you.

Jeff, all applicants will receive a decision, so yes, they are still being made and we are still sending them out.
