Roughly speaking, is the offensive gain in platoon advantage worth the defensive penalty for having someone play multiple positions? Thinking about Gunnar Henderson playing 3B vs. SS in order to get Jorge Mateo in against LHP. This isn't a question about Jorge Mateo per se, I just mean if there was a generic RHH shortstop.

Though I don't categorically *deny* their existence. If ghosts do exist, we currently do not possess the scientific knowledge of how it could come apart, nor the tools to confirm their existence.

But the null hypothesis is that ghosts do not exist, so I have yet to see anything that would cause me to reject the null hypothesis.

With RSNs going under and MLB finally embracing in-market streaming, will the league have to start subsidizing even big market teams to maintain competitive balance? It seems like if you don’t already have a lucrative TV deal like the Dodgers, Phillies, etc, you’re screwed.
