Be very careful with pitchers, though I guess four-seam spin is worthy. With hitters, I recommend Perpetua's xStats.org stats.

I'd say other than BABIP stuff, a one-year jump in power, especially if it's all in HR/FB and not in GB/FB changes, that'll get my eye.
