Are the sites like UmpScorecard.com generally considered accurate?  They give low accuracy ratings to the umpires I hear announcers complain about and high ratings to ones who I never hear complaints about, so that makes me think they might be at least somewhat accurate.  And do they, or any similar internal measurements, affect which umpires get postseason assignments?  I believe assignments used to be seniority-based as part of MLB's contract with the umpires' union.
