I've been riding a lot of rookies this season. I've already long since given up on CJ Abrams and Vinnie P. I'm still holding Nolan Gorman and Riley Greene on offense and George Kirby and Roansy Contreras in my rotation (albeit both burning bench spots while they get their mini-break in Triple A for innings management purposes). What's the ROS outlook for these fellas? Should I be selling out for more established talent and/or hot streamers instead of hoping they all have a higher gear?

In redraft, it's usually advisable to convert rookies into veterans. There's just a lot more volatility in both directions with inexperienced players.
Sometimes, you need to take a shot on that volatility. Make your own luck.

I have Tatis and Oneil Cruz as my SS in a dynasty league. Should I stash Gunnar Henderson as well? He sounds like the real deal and a "can't miss" prospect?

Yes, Gunnar is worth stashing. Especially for any OBP format. I expect him to be a third baseman in the Majors.
The Orioles should sign one of the free agent SS - they don't have anything on the books. But that's a topic outside the scope of fantasy.

Puk has a chance. I don't think the Orioles are going to sell Lopez anymore. The Royals might trade Barlow, but it would take a big offer. Munoz seems to be buried.

Im in a 12-team 24 man roster rotisserie scoring keeper league. My question is do you think Cory Knebel is cuttable or do you think he will return to full-time high-leverage work? I ask because I need a holds guy and I’m tight on players that I can cut. Thoughts?

I agree with projection systems - roughly .265/.320/.465.

Don't forget how hot he can get too.
He's one of those guys who can throw together 50 games of .350/.400/.800.
I like him as a buy low if you need a bit of a miracle.

It's tough to say with any confidence, but I'd aim pretty high. Somewhere around Nola maybe?
Those are two of the ~10-15 best fantasy SP "prospects" at the moment

My impression is the O's probably use something similar to $/WAR for assessing draft pick value. And that's always going to favor position players early in drafts because pitcher WAR is more widely distributed between early and late picks.

Henderson might be a poor man's Juan Soto with more Ks. Carroll might be the best fantasy player in the league within a couple seasons.

I sure wouldn't want to cut him in OBP. I also can't confidently project a rebound. We know his elbow isn't healthy.

If I had Rogers, I'd want a better SP. I'm not that enthusiastic about Wainwright. The valuation probably IS fair if we subbed in someone similar to Waino.
