@robert I don't have a Silver Surfer issue but for the complete issue I do have? I think I was asking Felix about it before it had even finished being drawn. Gotta not wait for these to be offered sometimes.

@Cale...don't sleep on the next Ian project then...a continuation of the LB story (in a way)...coming in 2020! Many of us have seen a sneak preview of the art...he's drawing all the pages BIG this time, too!

@Felix  Wow!  Haven't heard about the PIH buyer but think I know who the other guy is.  I've also heard about some investors entering the market (not institutional, but, a small Cabal, kind of like we've seen in baseball cards with the group that drove up the 1952 Topps Mantle prices since the early 2010s).  I also suspect Heritage/Halperin are buying up a lot for investment/later resale...I've heard HA employees talk openly at shows about buying things for resale.  Anyway, I suspect it'll take a real economic/financial downturn to stop this runaway market (I'm presuming that will happen before the demographic cycle turns), but, when that happens, I've stopped trying to guess...

@Chris F...once you've bought it, you can do whatever you want with it! Although it's true I would prefer not to sell to flippers. As it is, I think only a very tiny percentage ends up getting resold. It seems my customer base, at least, is primarily made up of pure collectors.

@Felix Any updates on new Paul Pope comics? ( Battling Boy 2? ) Covers are cool. But I truly miss his sequential art ( I've been an addict since the very first THB so the last few years have been tough )

@Cale, Nick is great, but Flex has a special place in my heart.  The Morrison/Quitely mini was my first foray into American comics as a (far too young!) 10 year old
