I switched to all digital a couple of years ago. No space. During lockdown, I've been prepping my last long boxes for sale (keeping my Zeck's though).

I only read digital, AFTER a few trades are out. If it’s really good, I buy the oversized hardcover or omnibus or absolute. No floppies for me!

I have been reading mostly digital, it lets me save space and give extra attention to the art because I can panel by panel. I still shop at my brick in mortar to support them I just don't have a lot of physical room for the floppies.

space for books is definitely a huge issue for me. Had to completely stop buying artist editions and cut way back on "art books". Same is true for comics, though I still buy a few regularly, particularly to support artists or writers I like.

When pandemic hit I prepaid my comics for the next year. If my shop closes it ain’t on me 😂

@Ankur Seattle. There are other shops in the area, we are just dealing with some infrastructure issues here that make it extremely inconvenient to get anywhere from my neighborhood.

@Felix. It makes sense. Takes a few monies to read a Floppy comic, then you have to wait month. Doesn’t make for a good reading experience. I’d rather take as few hours to read a 12 or so issue arc and then wait a year for the next

agree with the difficulty keeping up with the comics on a weekly, but on the other hand there is so many great books out!

@Ankur the national media is blowing things out of proportion, everything going on since the police abandoned their barricades has been extremely peaceful and positive. My neighborhood is currently pretty isolated because the bridge in and out has been closed indefinitely.

@Vincent...to get on ANY of our artists' lists, you must be subscribed to the newsletter. All commission opportunities are offered exclusively to subscribers. And they all sell out immediately, so you have to keep your eyes open. We generally only take one list per year for artists who are able to do commissions.
