I think the Ogunjobi signing made sense, but it still feels like they have a glaring weakness at both tackle positions (maybe some upside with Moore, but hard to look at the position and think it is anything but weak relative to the rest of the NFL).  Do you think they will look to sign a FA tackle or somebody that may get cut as we get closer to the start of the season?  They should have the cap room, I believe.  Thank you.

They are not looking for a starter at OT. They have two and they like what they have. Doesn't mean they won't try to add one for depth if someone is sitting out there they like. Or if someone gets injured.

Thanks for the chats Gerry.  Wanted your thoughts on signing AB for a day so he can retire a Steeler.  I am leaning towards bad idea.  WR's are already pre madonnas and setting precedent like this will only exacerbate the problem.  Act like a jerk and we will still reward you.  Agree?

Gerry, thanks for the time and the chat. They’ve spent a lot on D but haven’t really addressed their run D issues.  On O their line is upgraded slightly but everything else is status quo. I think they could be better team than last year but think it’s mute because they didn’t make the one change that was really necessary at OC.  Do you see the OC holding them back again this year?

Tomlin's interview on The Pivot was excellent. I especially enjoyed his quote "if you do ordinary stuff, you can't expect unique results." Is the hiring of Flores the most unique input this year?

They will not sign any OT as a potential starter, unless there is a significant injury. They have their starters.

IMO Najee is the most talented player on the offense.  What would you advise Tomlin on how to make the most of him without overusing him?

Lots of talk from about Cleveland giving up on Mayfield too early (he was injured , fans like  him...).  But, did he not 'lose the locker room?'  Even without the Watson debacle, was Mayfield a viable option in Cleveland?

That's to be determined. But he will fit in nicely with a rotation system, which is a big step up. Their previous rotation system onthe DL didn't have the type of quality depth to make that an effective practice. Now, throw in Ogunjobi, Loudermilk and even DeMarvin Leal and you might have the makings of something.
