If reports are true that Pittsburgh is looking for young catcher and controllable pitching, it seems like Marte should be a padre already. Is it seemingly just Wil Myers being the main reason this hasn't happened yet?

Marte isn't making enough that the Padres shouldn't swing such a trade for him even with Myers still on the books.

The Rays have made a lot of big trades, so the premise of this question seems flawed.  Actually, the beauty of the Rays is that many of their best trades are seemingly minor at the moment but become "big" in hindsight

I'm biased since I had Ryu to the Padres in the free agent prediction contest, but...it'd be a great move!  :)

As much as San Diego likes their young guys, their staff has a lot of uncertainty.  Ryu has his own set of question marks due to injuries, but when healthy, he's one of the best in the game.

I generally think Castellanos is the better player, so he'd be my choice.  Plus, he can be signed without having to give up a draft pick (Ozuna has a QO attached)

I don't think Grichuk's semi-ability to play center field makes him a better investment than Ozuna, who I think is a better player.  Giants can just sign Ozuna for cash, whereas Grichuk costs both players in a trade and money (even with the Jays eating some)

Turner's defense took a big nosedive (via UZR/150, DRS) last season, so you're right, giving him more 1B time might not be a bad idea regardless
