I don't think it's even worth trying to grade the specific moves, as in, "was [trade x] a good trade?" There seems to be a positive vibe, he's created competition among young players at multiple positions, and the organization has built up its volume of potentially useful future assets.
So, it seems to be off to a good start.

Assessing his performance might be different if he had a lot of significant assets left to sell -- if, say, the Gomez/Fiers deal hadnt already happened.

Well, if those are my options, I'll take the latter. Also, he'll be a free agent. But he's probably a little bit better than replacement level, so have hope for 2016.

Well, hard to see why it would've been a 3-team scenario in that case. Regardless, it would seem the Braves would be giving up the same asset (Inciarte), so I don't think that would impact the return.
And Inciarte is more valuable than those guys, in my view.
