Justin Turner. Not an exciting answer, but they have the biggest 3B need and the most money, and he's the very clear best option there plus is obviously familiar to them.

Astros are going to increase their payroll, as their moves thus far have shown, and Luhnow has been candid about that.
Rockies, too, are going to up their payroll, but that's more because their huge arbitration class and the backloaded nature of CarGo's deal mandate it. They're already at record payroll levels without a single addition.

No. They played pretty well in the second half but don't have sufficient rotation depth, nor do I think they're going to get the same level of performance out of LeMahieu, Story and some others. I also think they could use a catching upgrade in addition to rotation depth, a real first baseman and a whole lot of bullpen work. They're getting better, but there's still work to be done.

I think they'll add one of either Castro, Wieters or Miguel Montero (with the Cubs paying down a bunch of that deal). Wieters more if his market collapses and he's willing to take a lesser deal.

They're a decent Derek Norris fit, too.

I like the core of that deal but think Gardner has more value. Probably would need to add some pieces around the edges.

Also really like a Gardner/Gio Gonzalez framework.

I don't think it really does. I only noted it because I was already saying something about WIeters anyway. He got a pretty nasty cut on his non-throwing arm, and it required stitches. Doesn't seem like a big deal.
