I don't think he would be against doing something on the cheap, but there aren't many of those moves out there right now. We also don't know for sure that Murray is hurt. Just that he was being evaluated.

I can understand this line of thinking. I'd be fine with Jarry, even after this recent rough patch. I think he gets better with the more games he plays, sort of like Fleury. It's turning to DeSmith that scares me a little bit.

With Cole now a CBJ, it took a first, third, and Gustavsson to get Brassard.  That seems reasonable given his track record and contract - he isn't a rental.  It also tells me that the Senator's want more than that for Karlsson.

Also looks really good given what the Bruins gave up yesterday to get Rick Nash: Spooner, Beleskey, a prospect (Lindgren), a first and a seventh. And Nash is an expiring contract!
