Round 1 Georgia’s best offensive lineman
12:41
Round 2 Georgia’s 2nd best offensive lineman
Round 3 Georgia’s 3rd best offensive lineman
Round 4 Georgia’s 4th best offensive lineman…….

The Rams brought in Eric Weddle out of retirement. Should the Steelers attempt to lure Vince Williams back to try to stop the run?
Zeise
12:42
No. At this point could you even get him game ready?
Jim
12:42
do you think Jimmy Garoppolo would a good choice, hes reasonably priced at 24 mil and not a bad QB actually he's gotten better. why not try him.
Zeise
12:43
I actually don’t have an issue with Jimmy G but I don’t know how good he is. He seems to be a guy you can win games with and that’s a big factor in who they will have to play quarterback

Hi Paul, It is the Steelers time to pick and there are 3 prospects available. NT Davis, QB Howell, C Linderbaum. Who would you pick and why?
Zeise
12:43
Center then nose tackle then quarterback
Jock Sutherland
12:43
Who do you think will win in the NCAA football playoff dispute.  Big Ten, ACC and Pac12 who want the automatic berths for
Zeise
12:44
i can tell you who will lose - the fans because they have clearly already made a total mess of this whole thing.

Paul, much to the chagrin of the anti-Tomlin yinzer polulace, this unexpected playoff berth has assured that I call this hard scrabble town home for as long as I dam& well please, correct?
Zeise
12:44
That would be the case even if you didn’t make the playoffs
Steeltown
12:44
Paul, with this offensive line and this group of receivers (who cant get any separation), how much better would some of the top tier qb’s be on this team? I think Ben has done pretty well considering the supporting cast. Thiughts?
Zeise
12:45
Well the top tier quarterbacks would be better because the play calling wouldn’t be designed to hide their weaknesses
Jason
12:45
Steelers want to win they need to plow Patrick into the ground. They can’t let him throw for 300 yards and 3 td’s. Carson Palmer comes to mind in the playoffs. Nothing dirty just hurt him.
Zeise
12:45
They will hit him but blitzing him is a bad strategy
Gene
12:46
What really is the diagnosis of Harris’s elbow injury?
Zeise
12:46
Not sure the official diagnosis but all indications are he is going to be able to play
Len from Orlando
12:46
Paul, do you think the Steelers will be more aggressive in throwing downfield this time against the Chiefs?  And even if they want to, do you think they can succeed?
Zeise
12:46
I have very little faith in their ability to throw the ball down the field with this current quarterbacj
David
12:46
How do you think Steeler teammate feel about Tuitt? If he had no intention of playing this season, why didn't he make his intention known beforehand?
Zeise
12:47
I think that guys are in general sympathetic to him. Nobody seems to know exactly what is going on with him and that’s part of the problem with public perception.
Joel

Hey, Paul. So the esteemed Gerry Dulac just picked the Steelers to win outright. You said in your weekly Q&A that it’s going to be close at least. I’m just not seeing how a team that can’t score and can’t defend the run is going to beat the #2 seed away from home. What gives you any hope that the Chiefs aren’t just going to blow out the Steelers again?
Zeise
12:48
I think the Steelers will play a better game. I think the Chiefs are not as explosive as they have been. This group has been resilient and I bet they show up and put up a really good fight
Chuck from Blawnox

Who is your SB matchup?
Zeise
12:48
Tennessee versus Green Bay

I was not an advocate of giving TJ Watt a huge contract. I think Edge Rushers are a speciality position. If they are down 14-0 to KC doesn't it make Watt less effective, and why does he come off the field at times?
Zeise
12:50
I wasn’t a fan either but mostly because he has the kind of body and game that almost ensures he will be fighting through injuries as he gets older. I would have fifth year option, franchise and franchise. By then he would have 7 years in and likely be a guy who is injured too much to warrant his contract
Dwight
12:50
Either I missed it or it wasn't covered, but the personal foul on Cam Heyward seemed to be a bad call; it looked to me as if the contact was mutual (QB coming forward).  Any talk around there this week about it?
Zeise
12:51
I think most people in the 412 area code would agree it was a bad call ha ha ha
Chris Parker
12:51
Hi Paul - love the chats! As you have mentioned before, the Steeler’s offensive line will need some upgrades in the off season. In your opinion, are there any current starters worth keeping around next season to build off of?
Zeise
12:52
Kevin Dotson if he ever gets healthy. Dan Moore has a chance. Maybe give Green a shot at his more natural guard spot. They absolutely need a right tackle
Alex H.
12:52
Paul, why has my prior upward trajectory ("traj", in golf parlance) appeared to have plateaued? I looked much better last year. Did that Melvin dude ruin my confidence and thus my mojo?
Zeise
12:53
I think one of things that happened is you haven’t made as many splash plays but that doesn’t mean you haven’t played well. I do think you are making more routine plays and that is often underrated

Paul, love the show.   Najee is a dangerous downhill/ North-South runner.  Do you like a 13 set, putting a TE in motion to lead block through the hole with Watt to follow and plowing the road? Do you think the line is capable of running a Steeler’s trap style run game?
Zeise
12:53
I would love to see a lot more power run formations with a fullback and road grading the other team, absolutely
