Does the Aaron Rodgers deal make sense? Yes, he's a Hall of Fame lock and maybe he can last as long as Brady. But it's been eleven years since he got Green Bay to the Super Bowl. Is he supposed to be better now than he's been in the last eleven years? Will he get a better supporting cast what with the money that's tied up in him?

In the '70's the Pirates were always loaded with talent, won many division titles and 2 World Series.  The Steelers were also awesome at the same time.  Who will win the next championship among the 3 major sports?

I think he will be a good game manager and maybe a guy who gives them a chance to win. I don't think he will be great but he will be serviceable

Surprised that Sean Miller is back at Xavier? Does this mean that he is not a possible replacement if Capel is gone after next year or has that ship sailed?

Pitt was not likely to hire him because of his NCAA issues. And that's a shame. With NIL and all this other stuff, these issues are far less relevant. Pitt needs to understand to win you may need to get stop acting like you are above hiring a guy with a shady past

What do we have for MLB rules changes in the new CBA? Just universal DH and ghost runner from what I've seen. Is there no pitch clock? Is the shift still allowed? Are the bases bigger or not?

There is a DH in both leagues. There will soon be a pitch clock, maybe next year and the ghost runner I think is back for extra innings

I would say maybe 10-15 percent better. But the teams they are competing with are at least that, if not more, better as well. The AFC is loaded for bear right now

I don't think there is any question, particularly with Todd Reirdan being added. He has been a really big addition for them.

Paul, the lease on PNC Park expires in 2030. We can only hope that Nutting moves the team then to WVA or wherever. And let us keep The Pirate name until the next expansion. Like they did with the NFL Cleveland Browns in the late 1990's.
