Last thing. Do u see any players traded tomorrow??? As always last time thanks for all u guys do appreciate it!!! Thanks guys🤙🏻
Gavin Lee
7:10
Several will be traded tomorrow, although the salary cap thing is slowing the market.
7:11
Teams kind of know where it will land now though, they've been talking to the league throughout the process. Hopefully we see some fireworks.

Thanks for doing the chat Gavin. Do you think Spencer Knight could be a fit for the Golden Knights? And for more reasons than just the incredible marketing opportunity?
Gavin Lee
7:12
It wouldn't be just for the marketing, Knight would be an absolute perfect fit for Vegas.
7:13
It all comes down to philosophy though. Are they willing to spend a mid-first on a goaltender.
Jason
7:13
What teams do you predict to make the biggest and least off season moves?
Gavin Lee
7:13
Still think Pittsburgh is going to shock some people with a big shake up.
7:14
Fewest moves? Someone like Ottawa maybe.
Not much there to move.

7:14
Any leaks about me trading down and taking Knight?
Gavin Lee
7:14
Certainly no leaks, and I have a hard time believing they'd move out of 6 to go down and get a goalie.
7:15
Now could they move UP is the question...
Remember they have #35 as well.

7:15
What would Quick be worth in a trade? Actually, do any of the kings players have positive trade value other than Kempe for like a 3rd?
Gavin Lee
7:16
I don't think Quick would be worth enough to move him at this point.
In terms of value on the roster? Sure. Toffoli, Lewis, Clifford, Forbort, Martinez, Walker could all be moved for positive value
7:17
Carter too if he would agree
The question is whether that value is worth it right now--coming off a terrible season.
Toffoli is going to be a very sought after player at the deadline, I would imagine.
Nhl draft
7:18
we all know the big names in the draft give me a few guys who could be stars that go in the late first round or second round
Gavin Lee
7:19
I love Ville Heinola. Don't sleep on third-year eligible Brett Leason. Nick Robertson has an incredible amount of skill with the puck.
7:20
Oh, Connor McMichael. Breakout star in London this year--I think he's just a late bloomer
Lawman (blues fan)
7:21
Jake Allen, what do the blues do with him? Does he have any real value? Also what about Robby Fabbri for Jesse Pulijarri (or however his name is spelled)?
Gavin Lee
7:21
Nailed it.
7:22
The Fabbri-for-Puljujarvi idea is an interesting one for sure, though I don't think it would be straight up
For Jake Allen, they probably need to move on if they can. But there won't be a big return.

How about trying a Marceau/ Kaspennen package from Toronto for 14 and a player? Christian Fisher?
Gavin Lee
7:23
I think Toronto would jump all over that, yes. But I doubt it happens.

7:23
What teams are you hearing are most likely to try and move up? Heard Avs might try to move from 16 up to get Boldy and that they might be targeting Zegras at 4. Thoughts?
Gavin Lee
7:23
Vancouver is really looking at moving up.
7:24
The Zegras at 4 is what I was alluding to earlier as well, with my comment that I don't think it would be Turcotte if Byram goes to Chicago.
Mike
7:24
Do you think the Blue Jackets have any chance of resigning Panarin or Duchene? Seems like Bobrovsky is already out the door.
Gavin Lee
7:25
Duchene is keeping them in the loop but will talk to teams during the interview period. He wants to see what is out there.
Panarin and Bobrovsky are out the door I believe, unfortunately for the Blue Jackets.
Mojo Wild
7:25
Will the Wild ACTUALLY draft a goalie at 12?
Gavin Lee
7:25
I do not believe so, but it's hard to know when Knight will come off the board.
Just needs one team to really consider him an elite starter.
Peter
7:26
Gavin, how good is Byram? I was reading he is only going high because this class of defensive prospects are not as strong and he needs a lot of work in the defensive zone.......how does he compare to like a Quinn Hughes?
Gavin Lee
7:26
Favorably, if a little different.
