We offer a variety of service levels, as outlined below. Take some time to review the information and choose the plan that best suits your needs. No matter which plan you choose, you'll need Reader Minutes. This is the total amount of time your users spend in your chats each month. Reader Minutes are only deducted from your account while the message queue for your chat is open. For example, let's say 100 users join your chat for 5 minutes. 500 Reader Minutes will be deducted from your account. If you run out of minutes, don't worry! Additional minutes are available based upon your service level. You can also configure your monthly account spending limits at any time.
